As a family law attorney, I help guide my clients through some of the roughest patches in their lives. I have experience with divorce, custody issues, child support, alimony, and a range of other family law situations.
I can help you with a simple divorce where you and your spouse are separating amicably; but, I can also help when there are more complicated issues involving children or stepchildren, business ownership and valuation, and significant non-marital property.
Family law issues require an acute awareness of what the client needs – sometimes you want a lawyer just to have someone there for emotional support, and other times you need an aggressive trial lawyer to enforce your rights. I do both for my clients every day. As a solo lawyer, you will work directly with me – not an associate or paralegal – I will be your lawyer through every step of the process.
If you have a family-related situation where you’re not sure if you need a lawyer, or not sure if you want to pursue a change in custody or support, call me at (616) 422-5082.
